Villa Cap Cabanes is a newly constructed villa with a high standard of quality and comfort for its guests.
It has capacity for 10 people in 5 bedrooms.
The villa has 2 floors that we describe below, as the photos are 3D images.
The main entrance of the villa is on the 1st floor, from the reception we access the living-dining room with a glass wall to the pool terrace area and a second terrace located on the other side of the living room. On this floor there are 2 bedrooms with king-size beds (180cm) and 2 double bedrooms with single beds, all of them with en-suite bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, etc... has 2 combi fridges and all the necessary utensils and items and exit to the barbecue terrace. - All terraces are connected to each other from the outside. This floor also has 2 courtesy toilets, one interior and another with access from the barbecue terrace.
On the ground floor (with access via interior stairs) there is a bedroom with 2 beds (105cm) and an en-suite bathroom. Also on this floor is the laundry room and the garage with space for 2 vehicles and exterior space for 2 other vehicles.
The Villa has air conditioning (cold/heat).
The living room and all bedrooms have a television and there is WIFI connection.
