The villa is distributed on a single floor, accessed by a short flight of stairs and leading to a beautiful covered terrace. With American kitchen open to the living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The exterior has a private pool with Roman stairs to better access, barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers to sunbathe and enjoy your stay.

It is located in the Tosalet area, close to large supermarkets and about 5 minutes by car from the well-known sandy beach El Arenal, with a wide variety of restaurants, shops and bars.
Playa del Arenal, located in the center of the bay of Xàbia, is the main tourist center and, without a doubt, the best known and most frequented by bathers, due to its fine sand and shallow waters.
Xàbia even today preserves its peculiar medieval layout, a network of narrow streets dotted with white facades, arched portals, Gothic windows and wrought iron lattices, all topped off by the characteristic “rough stone” of the area.
