The exterior of the house, fully fenced, has parking for 2 cars, a small garden, a private pool, a barbecue, an outdoor dining area and various porches and terraces where you can relax and enjoy sea views towards the Gulf of Roses and the Pyrenees.
The interior is divided between the main house and three annexes: an independent apartment, a studio and an indoor bar and barbecue area for meals and parties.
The main house has a large living room with fireplace and sea views, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two suites with integrated bathroom, 2 double bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms.
The studio, with a small kitchen and bunk beds, is directly connected to the pool area and also to the independent bar and dining area.
The apartment, although annexed to the house, enjoys greater privacy and has a kitchen, living room, bedroom in the same environment and a bathroom with shower.
This house, with capacity for 12 people, has everything to make your stay unforgettable.
