Villa located in the area of Las Marinas, about 2.5 km from the center of Dénia and only 500m from the sandy beach.
It has a large and beautiful garden with grass, private pool and portable barbecue. The interior is distributed over 2 floors, on the ground floor is the living room, dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has air in the hallway of the bedrooms. On the upper floor we have another 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Air conditioning in the double bedroom. Several terraces to enjoy a few days of perfect vacation!
Denia has a lot to offer. Located about 100 km from Valencia and Alicante, from Denia you can discover the Costa Blanca both the edge of the sea and the inland landscapes, orange and almond groves, charming villages, natural parks. You can also visit the amusement parks of Benidorm. Denia has about 20 km of coastline with sandy beaches, pebble beaches or rocky coves, for sunbathing or diving. You can practice all kinds of water sports, hiking in the Montgo natural park, tennis, golf, cycling, etc. From Denia the boat leaves for Ibiza and boats for walks along the coast. In Denia you eat very well. Its many restaurants offer tasty and healthy Mediterranean cuisine to satisfy all palates, whether in the typical fishermen's quarter, the pedestrian streets around the castle or the beautiful terraces by the sea. It is an ideal place for long walks on the beach, in the port or towards the Castle and typical fishing district. It has a complete commercial offer to go shopping. Seguramente todo se puede mejorar,pero el servicio que da Deniasol a sus clientes tiene poco que mejorar son fantásticos van 3 años con ellos y repetiremos
