Versatile independent villa situated in a quiet residential area in Nerja. This ample and comfortable house has a one floor distribution, where you can find 3 bedrooms with a total capacity for 5 people, a bathroom with shower, a large living room and a rustic style kitchen. The whole place has a vintage feel and is very luminous, as the house is surrounded by its own gardens. It also has a private parking inside the plot, so if you value independence and privacy this is indeed a great opportunity. Also, even though the villa is part of a residential neighbourhood, it is less than a 10-minute walk away from both Carabeillo and Burriana beaches, and not much further from the city centre.

Villa Punta Lara 15 is spread over three split-level floors in the upper part of Punta Lara, with views of the Mediterranean Sea from the master bedrooms and direct access to the private pool from the lower floor. The ground floor is the hub of social life, the middle floor houses the main bedrooms with sea views, and the lower floor offers a more private space with direct access to the pool. A 5-minute drive to the centre of Nerja.

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace with an outdoor dining tableOn the ground floor, the kitchen opens directly onto a spacious terrace with an outdoor dining table and a lounge sofa. The living-dining room connects to this same terrace on the right-hand side, keeping the social area on a single level open to the outside. To the left of the entrance is a fully equipped guest toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and all necessary utensils. The villa also features a washing machine and air conditioning.

Downstairs are the two main bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with direct sea views and natural light throughout the day. On this level is the full bathroom with a bath and separate shower, sized for the comfort of a group.

The lower floor houses the third bedroom with two single beds and a sitting area with a sofa and television; a second lounge that works particularly well for the younger members of the group. From here, the door leads directly outside to the pool.

Private pool and spacious terraces with sea views from Punta LaraThe private pool is on the lower level of the villa with direct access from the ground floor. The outdoor area combines a pool, sun loungers and a table with chairs on artificial grass, all on the same level with the sea as a backdrop.

Location in Punta Lara and distances on foot and by carPunta Lara is a quiet residential area at the eastern end of Nerja, a 5-minute drive from the Balcón de Europa and the town centre.
El Playazo Beach is 500 metres away, about a 10-minute walk downhill. There are supermarkets and restaurants within a 10-minute drive.

Transport and parking in Punta LaraThe villa is in the upper part of Punta Lara, which guarantees views but means a steep walk from the beach or the town centre.

We recommend travelling by car to get around comfortably. Parking is not a problem: there is a free parking space on the street opposite the entrance.

By car, Frigiliana is 15 minutes away and the Nerja Caves 13 minutes, making the villa a good base for exploring the area without relying on public transport.

Important information:
The villa has stairs between the three interior levels. Not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.
Loud music is not permitted outdoors to ensure the neighbours’ peace and quiet.
