The property is located 300 m from Coviran supermarket, 300 m from Rincon de Encarni , 600 m from Burriana Beach sand beach, 800 m from Balcon de Europa city. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood in a suburb.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: 15 m² terrace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), air-conditioned, communal swimming pool, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German).
