The layout of the house has been designed for the comfort of four people. On entering, a practical guest toilet serves the common areas. To the left is the first bedroom, equipped with a quality double bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The living room, decorated in a contemporary and cosy style, connects to a fully equipped semi-open-plan kitchen. On the other side of the room, the second bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom and double bed. This ‘double suite’ configuration ensures that each couple or guest has their own private space without sharing a bathroom.

Exteriors divided into relaxation areas

The exterior is the highlight of the villa and is organised to make the most of every square metre. As soon as you step out into the sun, you will find the private pool area with unobstructed views and a sun lounger area. To the left is a comfortable outdoor shower and drying area, while to the right is an outdoor table for al fresco dining. Down a few steps, you will access a separate garden area with a private built in barbecue, the perfect place to cook on the barbecue independently from the bathing area.

For your convenience, although the villa does not have private parking within the grounds, it is very easy to park for free on the street just outside the front door of the property. Being a very quiet residential urbanisation, there are usually spaces available without the need to search.
