The layout of the house has been designed for the comfort of four people. On entering, a practical guest toilet serves the common areas. To the left is the first bedroom, equipped with a quality double bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The living room, decorated in a contemporary and cosy style, connects to a fully equipped semi-open-plan kitchen. On the other side of the room, the second bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom and double bed. This ‘double suite’ configuration ensures that each couple or guest has their own private space without sharing a bathroom.

The exterior is the highlight of the villa and is organised to make the most of every square metre. As soon as you step out into the sun, you will find the private pool area with unobstructed views and a sun lounger area.
