The villa is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in a top location (quiet & central) directly on the 1st line to the golf course. You can reach one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain with fine white sand, the golf course, paddle places, excellent restaurants, etc., as well as the international riding facility within a few minutes on foot. The nearly 800 sqm plot has its own private parking and a heated pool (8 x 4m). The luxuriously equipped villa with 313 sqm of living space offers everything for your dream vacation. Built in 2011 according to the highest residential quality standards, the villa was renovated in 2025 after a change of ownership and further improved visually and technically. The house has been tastefully furnished with selected designer furniture, high-quality beds, built-in mirror cabinets, quality brand appliances, etc. Pets are warmly welcome by arrangement!
