The house is in the northern area of El Playazo (Cala Marqués), on the beachfront. In the vicinity you will find beach bars, restaurants and bars, as well as a mini-market available in summer 600 metres away and a supermarket open all year round less than 10 minutes' drive away.
With maximum capacity for 6 adults (expandable to 8 adults, upon request), this house has the following distribution:
Ground floor: 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 full bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, and lounge-dining room with direct access to the pool area.
Ground floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and 1 bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath, and terrace with sea views.
Spend your holidays in Vera Playa and also enjoy other nearby towns such as Villaricos, Garrucha and Mojácar. The Cabo de Gata-Níjar natural park and the Mini Hollywood theme park are just an hour's drive away.
IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 15 kWh / day is included. Any excess will be charged separately. In case of monthly rental with discount, electricity is NOT included. No pets / youth groups allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.
