Description
Residential CANCUN IV, located 150 meters from the beach, in the North residential area of Gandia beach. Apartment with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (both with bathtub), furnished to enjoy comfortable and cozy vacations. East-Southeast facing apartment, entirely exterior except for the bathrooms. Kitchen with access to a gallery-laundry room, spacious living-dining room, from where you can access the glazed terrace (with awnings) with fabulous views. Offers a beautiful community pool with a delimited children's pool and shower area, it also has a tennis court. Capacity for 6 people. Includes parking space.

NO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE ARE ADMITTED (under thirty years old).
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linens and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toiletries/bathroom). Includes biweekly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous items. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them!
Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, starting at 1:00 PM. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to address possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.
In case of bringing pets, they must pay a supplement of 5 €/night/pet.
The beach of Gandia offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. During low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of the Gandia beach where ROMA XIV is located, is a virgin beach without buildings, notable for its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.

Aiguablava apartment is a luxury beachfront apartment in Gandia Beach with amazing sea views from the large terrace. We could say that has the most beautiful views of the Beach du to you can sea the Sea and all the fields. It is an amazing landscape. It is very soundless due to is the last one of the beach, but close to anything if your need it. With direct access to the sandy beach, you don´t need to cross any road to step on this. This is great for elderly and kids. Enjoy the beach and then come back to have a swim in this fantastic swimming-pool, or go to the gym or play tennis. We have just refurnished the apartment, painted and prepared to rent it. The apartment has a big terrace with furniture for eating and other for relaxing. Full equipped with Air-Conditioning, flat TV, dishwasher, washer-machine, and WIFI FREE, you will have a fantastic vacations. With beds for 5 and a sofa bed for 2, up to 7 people. Come to stay in the Apartment Aiguablava, you will never forget this vacation.
