This attractive apartment is located in the north, the quieter residential area of the beach. Featuring scenic views because of its height stands out from the surrounding buildings. It´s not noisy and not crowdy but just a few meters from the square “EL TEMPLE”, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment areas for children. It´s got direct access to the beach, no streets to cross. The apartment has an open kitchen to the living room, surrounded by large windows with access to the terrace with table and chairs for six guests.
In terms of decor, it has a fresh and modern touch. The parquet floor combined with walls and bedding in white gives a feeling of warmth and cleanliness. Enjoy the pool 32m long, and small children’s pool or the playground. They can also do some exercise on the tennis court. Certainly a perfect choice for holidays by the sea.

Aguamarina is a first line apartment located in the promenade of the sandy beach of Gandia. The building is equipped with pool, garden, basket, tennis, garage and children playground. Fantastic views, which can be enjoyed from the big sunny terrace, the best place of the house for sunbathing, eating or just relaxing. Beautiful furnished, there is AIR CONDITIONING-HEATIATING in all the house. There are 3 bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are 2 twins and 1 double with direct access to the big terrace. Aguamarina is perfectly located with access to many of the facilities that the beach offers. Enjoy the WIFI (WLAN) FREE of charge.16 reviews

En el apto. destacan el aire acondicionado, los ventiladores de techo, el tresillo de la terraza, comodísimo para leer y un amplísimo sofá de casi tres metros. Gregorio y su equipo nos tratan siempre fenomenal y están atentos a cualquier necesidad que tengamos. Y tengo que confesar mi debilidad por la piscina, a la que todo el día da el sol y cuya agua es tan terapéutica. Muchas gracias a Ag por todos los detalles.
