Spacious and cozy holiday apartment for families, located on line 1 of the beach. The impressive views and the atmosphere of the 9th floor of the house will distract you from the hustle and bustle of life. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, with 1 double bed and 4 singles, with the option of an extra single bed. In a hundred square meters there are also 2 bathrooms with shower and a ceramic hob with fully functional appliances and necessary for the day to day of any family. Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Freezer, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Dishes/Cutlery, Kitchen utensils, Coffee machine, Toaster, Kettle and Juicer. In the pleasant living room there is a television, Satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French, Russian) and wifi internet access. The living room is framed by access to a large terrace of 30 square meters, with excellent views and fresh air. The apartment provides you with the textiles you need for your daily stay, so you don't have to worry about extra luggage. There is an iron, a hairdryer and a safe for valuables, among other amenities. The apartment is equipped as standard with air conditioning and heat pump heating. The area has a community pool for residents and guests of the building, which operates throughout the year. Among other things, there is a tennis court, a paddle tennis court for the whole family and a covered car park with direct access from the building. NO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE ARE ADMITTED (under thirty years old). Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linens and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toiletries/bathroom). The l'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of the Gandia beach where ROMA XIV is located, is a virgin beach without buildings, notable for its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.

The apartment is very spacious and was very clean when we arrived. The sea view is amazing and although we had a lot of rain during the month, our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable.
