The impressive views and the atmosphere of the 9th floor of the house will distract you from the hustle and bustle of life. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, with 1 double bed and 4 singles, with the option of an extra single bed. In a hundred square meters there are also 2 bathrooms with shower and a ceramic hob with fully functional appliances and necessary for the day to day of any family. Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Freezer, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Dishes/Cutlery, Kitchen utensils, Coffee machine, Toaster, Kettle and Juicer. In the pleasant living room there is a television, Satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French, Russian) and wifi internet access. The living room is framed by access to a large terrace of 30 square meters, with excellent views and fresh air. The apartment provides you with the textiles you need for your daily stay, so you don't have to worry about extra luggage. There is an iron, a hairdryer and a safe for valuables, among other amenities. The apartment is equipped as standard with air conditioning and heat pump heating. The area has a community pool for residents and guests of the building, which operates throughout the year. Among other things, there is a tennis court, a paddle tennis court for the whole family and a covered car park with direct access from the building. The key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. The keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned within a maximum of 5 days after reviewing the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.
Gandia beach with its 7.5 km of coastline and over 3 km of fine white sand, together with a superb Mediterranean climate, is ideal for enjoying walks or running or beach sports.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of Gandia beach, a virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms and rivers. -
Small building located on the second line of the beach, just 65 metres from the fine sand. Its excellent location allows you to enjoy the beach just a few steps away, in a very practical area for comfortable and peaceful holidays.
A stone's throw from the port area, where you will find all kinds of services, and restaurants/cafés/ice cream parlours and other shops and entertainment.
Apartment on the first floor (no lift) completely renovated, modern and very well maintained. The property has three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower tray, and a pleasant living-dining area with an open kitchen, creating a spacious, functional and bright space to enjoy with the family.
It has two terraces, the main one facing East equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The other terrace facing West, ideal for drying clothes in the afternoon only. It offers ceiling fans in the bedrooms and in the living room, and a dishwasher, a very practical added value during your stay.
An ideal option for those looking for a renovated apartment, well located and with all the necessary comforts to spend a few days by the sea.
