Located on the beachfront with views of the sea and the mountain, you will wake up every day with the best views. The sandy beach "Playa L´Ahuir" is a protected beach and a lung of nature. It is just 5 metres away, perfect for a refreshing swim or a relaxing walk.
The apartment is fully equipped and tastefully furnished. It has 2 complete bathrooms with shower, air conditioning and heat pump heating for your comfort throughout the year. The wifi connection will keep you connected at all times.
The independent ceramic hob kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. You will find all the crockery, cutlery and utensils necessary to prepare delicious family meals.
Enjoy the outdoors on the 10 m² terrace both during the day and at night.
Covered parking in the same building, lift and all amenities for a worry-free stay. 500 metres away you will find the "Mas y Mas" supermarket, 7 km away the Historic Centre of Gandía and the train station, and 200 metres away the local bus stop.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. A pressure cooker or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!
The key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. The keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned within a maximum of 5 days after reviewing the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.
Gandia beach with its 7.5 km of coastline and over 3 km of fine white sand, together with a superb Mediterranean climate, is ideal for enjoying walks or running or beach sports.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of Gandia beach, a virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms and rivers. -
Small building located on the second line of the beach, just 65 metres from the fine sand. Its excellent location allows you to enjoy the beach just a few steps away, in a very practical area for comfortable and peaceful holidays.
A stone's throw from the port area, where you will find all kinds of services, and restaurants/cafés/ice cream parlours and other shops and entertainment.
Apartment on the first floor (no lift) completely renovated, modern and very well maintained. The property has three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower tray, and a pleasant living-dining area with an open kitchen, creating a spacious, functional and bright space to enjoy with the family.
It has two terraces, the main one facing East equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The other terrace facing West, ideal for drying clothes in the afternoon only. It offers ceiling fans in the bedrooms and in the living room, and a dishwasher, a very practical added value during your stay.
An ideal option for those looking for a renovated apartment, well located and with all the necessary comforts to spend a few days by the sea.
