Fantastic flat with sea views and a few metres from the main beach of La Pineda / Salou. The Pinamar flat is a beautifully furnished penthouse flat with solarium. Pinamar has 2 double bedrooms, 1 complete bathroom and spacious living-dining room. The flat is modern and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is spacious, bright, modern and has all the utensils. The accommodation has a large terrace overlooking the pool and access via stairs to the private solarium on the top floor. The solarium has tables, chairs and lounge chairs to enjoy a fantastic family holiday. Pinamar has a beautiful and large communal garden with swimming pool. Private parking available.

L'appartement est agréable, le balcon est spacieux et la vue sur l'espace piscine très agréable. L'appartement est à 10mn à pied de la plage. La climatisation est indispensable pour éviter les nuits trop étouffantes.
