Charming villa with pool and garden near to Denia (approx. 2.5 km.) In the foothills of the mountain Montgo.
The villa it has a nice garden with grass, swimming pool, large parking area, outside shower, terraces.
It consists of two floors. On the ground floor we find a large living room with comfortable and rustic furnitures, a spacious dining room also with access to the American kitchen which is fully equipped, a bathroom, two bedrooms (one with twin beds and one double) with fitted wardrobes, bathroom with tub. On the first floor, the master bedroom is complemented by a dressing room, terrace, and a bathroom with shower. Hence access a solarium where you can enjoy the magnificent view of Denia and the sea. There is air conditionning only in the main bedroom.
The villa is ideal for a perfect vacation, thanks to its privacy and tranquility of its location (on the slopes of Montgo) and it has also the advantage of being very close to La Pedrera, a small hamlet belonging to Denia where we find any kind of services: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc..
Denia is located on the Costa Blanca, between Valencia and Alicante. It is the ideal place to discover this part of Spain, the coast as well as the beautiful inland valleys and mountains landscapes and villages. From Denia you also can sail to Ibiza or enjoy Benidorm´s theme parks. Denia offers 20 km of coast with quiets waters that invite you for a swim or for a dive. Beaches with sand, rocks, coves, many of them with Blue Flags of the clean Seas of Europe. Denia is one of the best place in Spain to practice windsurf, diving, sailing, and it offers facilities to practice many nautical sports as well as others like golf, tennis and so on. Denia offers many possibilities like shopping, going to “La lonja” the typical fishers market place, visiting the castle, walking in the prestigious area of the Montgo Natural Park with fantastic views to the coast. Villa for rent in Denia, with stunning views.
Located in the Montgó area, about 2 km from the center of Denia and 3 km from the sandy beach. It has a beautiful plot with several terraces, both covered and uncovered, private pool and barbecue.
The interior consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a living-dining room and a closed kitchen. Air conditioning in the living room and in one bedroom.
Denia has a lot to offer. Located about 100 km from Valencia and Alicante, from Denia you can discover the Costa Blanca both along the sea and inland landscapes, fields of orange and almond trees, charming villages, natural parks. You can also visit the amusement parks of Benidorm. Denia has about 20 km of coastline with sandy beaches, pebble beaches or rocky coves, for sunbathing or diving. You can practice all kinds of water sports, hiking in the Montgo natural park, tennis, golf, cycling, etc. From Denia the boat leaves for Ibiza and boats for trips along the coast. In Denia you eat very well. Hemos pasado recientemente una semana en esta villa y ha resultado fantástica. Muy buena distribucion, muy comoda, con bonita piscina y jardin. Esta ubicada en un entorno muy tranquilo y bien situada. Estamos seguros de que repetiremos otra estancia.
